Job Overview
We are looking for a facilitator to lead a high-intensity program for senior school students focused on understanding how the world actually works across systems, power, culture, and decision-making.
The program is discussion-led, case-driven, and requires the ability to engage students with real-world complexity, not simplified textbook explanations.

What You’ll Do
Deliver structured sessions for school students in partner schools
Lead discussions on global systems, current events, and decision-making frameworks
Translate complex global issues into sharp, engaging classroom conversations
Challenge students to think critically, take positions, and defend their perspectives
Adapt sessions based on student responses and classroom dynamics
Who This Is For
Individuals who enjoy thinking, debating, and breaking down real-world systems
Comfortable engaging with topics like global power, economics, culture, and societal structures
Can hold attention in a room without relying on slides or scripts
Ideal Backgrounds
Liberal Arts / Economics / Political Science / International Relations
Experience in debate, Model UN, fellowships, or youth engagement programs
Prior experience working with students (teaching, workshops, facilitation, etc.)
1–5 years experience preferred
