Senior Analyst Job details • Proposed designation Instructional Designer, Audit Learning • Role type Individual contributor • Reporting to TL/AM/Manager • Geo to be supported Australia • Work timings 9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST Roles & responsibilities Learning Design & Development • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials for in-person, virtual, and selfpaced learning formats (e.g., eLearning, microlearning, simulations, job aids). • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create impactful learning experiences. • Ensure content aligns with audit standards, methodology updates, and regulatory changes. Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with Audit Learning Managers and Assistant Managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex audit concepts into learner-friendly content. • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions to iterate and refine learning solutions. Project Management • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Maintain documentation, version control, and project tracking using appropriate tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, SharePoint). Evaluation & Continuous Improvement • Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learning effectiveness and impact. Analyse learner data and feedback to inform continuous improvement of learning programs. Work experience • Experience working in or with audit, assurance, or risk management teams. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors (preferred), or Moodle. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. • Certification in instructional design or learning technologies (e.g., CPLP, ATD, APTD). Educational qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360 (preferred), Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc). • Experience designing technical or compliance-related training (audit, finance, risk, or similar fields preferred). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience Level Senior Level
