Role Overview

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator (Prodigy Coach), you’ll bring the magic of

early learning into children’s homes.

You’ll conduct engaging, play-based sessions that nurture cognitive, social, emotional, and

motor development — following our structured curriculum and teacher training framework.

This is not just a teaching role — it’s a chance to shape how India’s children learn and

grow, while building trusted relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct 60–90 minute, one-on-one learning sessions at children’s homes using

our curated, screen-free Prodigy kits.

● Adapt pacing and activity difficulty based on each child’s developmental stage and

learning response.

● Provide concise progress updates and encourage positive parent participation

during and after sessions.

● Maintain attendance, notes, and progress reports via our mobile app.

● Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional etiquette

within client homes

● Attend periodic skill-up sessions and share ground-level insights with the academic

team to refine the curriculum

Work Pattern & Training

● Engagement Model: Full-time (session-based structure)

● Session Load: Typically 2–4 home sessions per day, scheduled near your locality

wherever possible

● Training: 2–3 week comprehensive onboarding (theory + in-person demos + safety

protocols) prior to first paid session

● Support: Continuous mentoring, academic helpline, and fully-equipped activity kits

provided by Raising Superstars

● ₹100 per session travel allowance, in addition to your fixed compensation

● Monthly train pass of second class.
