Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with special educational needs. The candidate will assess learning challenges, design individualized education plans (IEPs), and work closely with teachers, parents, and counselors to help students achieve their academic and personal potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to suit individual student needs

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction

• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and school counselors

• Support inclusive classroom practices and classroom teachers

• Conduct regular reviews and update learning strategies

• Participate in meetings, training programs, and workshops

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education

• RCI registration (mandatory in India)

• Certification/Diploma in Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or related areas (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of special education techniques and interventions

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

• Ability to handle children with diverse needs

• Good observation and documentation skills

• Teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Basic knowledge of assistive technologies is an advantage

Experience

• Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply

• 1–3 years of experience in a school or therapy center preferred

• It is a Part Time గురువు / బోధకుడు job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
