Job Opening: Primary Headmistress

A reputed school is inviting applications for the position of Primary Headmistress for its Primary Wing.

Location: Sector 2, Bahadurgarh.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience at the primary level

At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership/coordination role

Strong academic planning and classroom management skills

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field

Mandatory qualification: B.Ed./B.El.Ed./JBT/NTT/ECCE

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the primary wing effectively

Supervise and mentor teachers

Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and academic planning

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Coordinate with parents and school management

Organize trainings, assessments, and school activities
