Job Title: Headmistress Pre-Primary (Podar Jumbo Kids)
Location: Jabalpur
Department: Academic Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the pre-primary section.
Mentor, monitor, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and child-friendly learning environment.
Handle admissions support, documentation, and compliance with school policies.
Coordinate with central academic and management teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching/academic leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
