Gym Trainer

We are looking for a Gym Trainer to join our team at Thrive Fitness Club with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects.

• Monitor and report on students' academic progress.

• Use positive feedback to motivate students.

• Teach effective study habits and prepare students for exams.

• Promote an interactive and engaging learning environment.

• Ensure a safe and supportive space for students to grow.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
