Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs

• Create and update training material

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback

• Maintain training records and reports

• Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
