Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily gym floor operations.
Lead, mentor, and support personal trainers and fitness staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and member engagement.
Conduct fitness assessments and provide exercise recommendations.
Offer basic nutrition guidance and wellness support to members.
Monitor member safety and ensure proper use of fitness equipment.
Handle member concerns, feedback, and incident resolution.
Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and floor coverage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
Assist in achieving membership retention and revenue targets.
Promote personal training, nutrition coaching, and wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fitness, Sports Science, Physical Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fitness operations, gym management, or team leadership.
