🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and confident English Speaking Trainer who can help students improve their communication skills and become fluent English speakers. The ideal candidate should be engaging, supportive, and result-oriented.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive English speaking sessions (Basic to Advanced level)

• Help students improve spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and confidence

• Design and deliver engaging classroom activities, role plays, and practical exercises

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback

• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions

• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment

✅ Requirements

• Excellent command over spoken and written English

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to handle students from different backgrounds

• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality
