About FEA:

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) runs a free one-year intensive program to help disadvantaged youth develop English, digital, and life skills for better employment opportunities. With 1,000+ centers across North India, FEA trains more than 60,000 students every year and focuses on building confident, ethical, and job-ready youth.

Job Role: Teacher (Full-Time, On-Site) 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Location: Uttar Pradesh – Dadri, Bulandshahr East, Bulandshahr West, Anupshahar 📍

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive classes using FEA curriculum

- Teach English, Digital Skills, and Life Skills

- Teach students about AI tools and new technology 🤖

- Mentor and guide students for personal and professional growth

- Track student progress and provide feedback

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Collaborate with team members to improve teaching methods

Eligibility & Skills:

- Good English communication skills

- Basic digital skills 💻

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

- Good planning and time management

- Graduation completed after 2020 🎓
