English Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable English & Sanskrit Faculty to teach students at the Intermediate (Junior College) level. The candidate should be passionate about language teaching, capable of delivering engaging lessons, and committed to improving students’ academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English and Sanskrit subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.

Plan and deliver effective lesson plans, lectures, and classroom activities.

Prepare students for board examinations with proper guidance and revision strategies.

Evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and exams.

Maintain accurate academic records and attendance.

Encourage student participation and interactive learning.

Provide additional support to slow learners when required.

Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (MA) in English / Sanskrit (or relevant subject).

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) preferred.

Minimum 2–6 years of teaching experience in Junior College / Intermediate level (Freshers can also apply).

Skills Required:

Strong command of English and Sanskrit languages.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Good classroom management skills.

Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching tools).
