Job Overview:

Atelier Apex Performing Art Studio is looking for passionate and dedicated female candidates who want to build a career in dance, fitness, and performing arts.

This is a career-building opportunity, starting with a 6-month training program, followed by a 1-year paid internship based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

During Training Period:

Learn various dance styles (Bollywood, Semi-Classical, Basic Techniques)

Train in fitness formats like Zumba & functional workouts

Assist senior instructors during classes

Learn class management and student handling

Participate in studio activities and performances

During Internship Period:

Assist and gradually lead dance/fitness sessions

Handle batches independently

Support choreography and event performances

Maintain discipline and studio environment

Coordinate with students and team members

Program Structure:

6 Months Training (Unpaid)

1 Year Paid Internship (based on performance after training)

Internship will include flexible shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Evening)

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass

Age: 16 years and above

Passion for dance, fitness, or performing arts

Willingness to learn, grow, and commit long-term

Skills Required:

Basic interest in dance/fitness (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)

Good communication skills

Discipline and consistency

Positive attitude and team spirit
