Ur Propadvisor is looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and developing sales professionals, enhancing their product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for real estate sales executives.

• Train employees on real estate products, sales processes, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Develop and deliver engaging training modules, presentations, and role-play activities.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.

• Keep the sales team updated on market trends, industry practices, and company policies.

• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning and development initiatives.

• Foster a positive, motivating, and performance-driven learning environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, sales training, or corporate training.

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor sales professionals.

• Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools is an added advantage.
