Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Commerce Lecturer to teach junior college students. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of handling subjects related to commerce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach commerce subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics to junior college students.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures in an engaging and effective manner.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and exams.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Support students with doubts and academic guidance.
Participate in college activities, meetings, and academic planning.
Maintain records of attendance and academic progress.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field.
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply).
Key Skills:
Strong subject knowledge in commerce.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Basic computer knowledge.
