We are looking for a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach to train and mentor players while promoting discipline, fitness, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate should have strong coaching skills and the ability to develop players through structured training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Certification/Diploma in Sports Coaching.

• NIS (National Institute of Sports) Certification will be preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of badminton coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional badminton coaching to trainees.

• Conduct regular practice sessions, drills, and skill development programs.

• Organize practice matches and evaluate player performance.

• Guide trainees on badminton techniques, fitness, and game strategy.

• Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

• Strong knowledge of badminton techniques and training methods.

• Ability to motivate and mentor players of different skill levels.

• Good organizational and leadership skills.
