We are looking for a Coach to join our team at Jawahar Cricket Academy with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹15000 and career growth opportunities.

Jawahar Cricket Academy is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and certified Cricket Coach to train, mentor, and develop young cricketing talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality training sessions, identifying individual player strengths, and preparing athletes for district and state-level tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Sessions: Plan and deliver structured daily net practices, fielding drills, and fitness sessions for different age groups (primarily Under-10 to Under-16).

• Technical Development: Provide technical correction and guidance on batting techniques, bowling actions, wicket-keeping, and fielding mechanics.

• Modern Training Tools: Actively use side-arm throwing equipment and operate automated bowling machines to provide realistic match-simulation practice.

• Match Strategy & Analysis: Prepare players for competitive matches by teaching game awareness, field settings, and tactical strategies.

• Player Assessment: Maintain performance logs, track individual player progress, and provide constructive feedback to both players and parents.

• Safety & Welfare: Ensure a safe training environment and guide players on basic injury prevention and physical conditioning routines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have leadership experience and honed skills in areas like test preparations, special education etc.
