Job Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry to NEET and JEE aspirants.

• Deliver engaging classroom lectures covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

• Prepare study materials, assignments, tests, and practice sheets.

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support to students.

• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

• Analyze test results and implement strategies for academic improvement.

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for NEET/JEE/Foundation students preferred.

• Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching in coaching institutes.

• Familiarity with NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus.

• Ability to motivate and guide students toward achieving their goals.

• Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methods.
