Biology Tutor

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Biology Tutor to help students understand biological concepts, improve academic performance, and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The tutor will provide personalized instruction based on each student's learning needs and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach biology concepts clearly and effectively to students.

• Conduct one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.

• Explain topics such as cell biology, genetics, human anatomy and physiology, ecology, evolution, microbiology, and molecular biology.

• Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation.

• Prepare customized lesson plans, notes, and practice materials.

• Assess students' understanding and identify areas for improvement.

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and independent learning.

• Stay familiar with relevant school and college curricula and examination patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field preferred.

• Strong knowledge of biology fundamentals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex biological concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage.
