Role Overview

Zia Art Salon is expanding its premium wellness wing. We are seeking professional Wellness Therapists who are passionate about the art of healing and relaxation. We provide a luxury environment where your skills are respected and your career is fast-tracked through international exposure.

Pay: INR 42,000 - 72,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality body massages and spa treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.) following international protocols.

• Maintain a serene, hygienic, and premium room environment for every client.

• Conduct professional consultations to understand client health history and relaxation needs.

• Upsell premium oils, treatments, and salon packages to meet weekly targets.

• Ensure all equipment and linens meet the salon’s luxury hygiene standards.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–4 years in a luxury spa or premium salon environment. (Certification in Massage Therapy is a plus).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy and various massage techniques.

• Professionalism: High standards of personal grooming and polite communication.

• Availability: Ready to undergo a 1-month residential training program.
