Position Details

Position: Female Spa Manager
Job Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Industry: Wellness / Spa / Hospitality
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings- 12 PM - 10 PM

Working Days - Monday to Sunday ( can take one day from Monday to Friday)

Interview mode - Walk-in

Experience Required

• 2–5 years of experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, Salon Manager, or Front Office Manager.

• Experience in the wellness, spa, salon, hospitality, or luxury service industry.

• Prior experience in managing daily spa operations and customer service is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations efficiently.

• Manage therapist scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Drive membership sales and promote spa services.

• Handle appointments, billing, cash management, and daily reports.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards, SOPs, and service quality.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve monthly business targets.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Customer-focused with good sales and business development skills.

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time స్పా job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
