Spa Manager

We are looking for a Spa Manager to join our team at Hob Cosmetics Private Limited to provide high-quality therapeutic treatments like massage, scrubs, etc. to clients. The role involves performing various body and beauty treatments while maintaining a clean and hygienic spa environment. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹55,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend treatments and products that suit client preferences.

• Maintain hygiene standards of the treatment rooms and equipment.

• Ensure clients have a relaxing and positive experience throughout their visit.

• Manage appointments efficiently and maintain client records.
  Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise and manage spa therapists and staff.

• Handle customer appointments, bookings and queries.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.

• Monitor staff attendance, performance and grooming standards.

• Manage inventory, products and spa supplies.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the management team regarding staff and operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of different spa techniques and wellness trends is also important.
