About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about wellness, knowledgeable about different massage techniques, and committed to delivering a high-quality spa experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other therapies offered by the spa.

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms, equipment, and linens.

• Ensure high standards of customer service, comfort, and safety.

• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

• Stay updated with latest wellness practices and treatment techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and appointments.

• Follow spa SOPs, safety guidelines, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy (Ayurvedic, Spa, or related field).

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience (freshers with training welcome).

• Knowledge of body anatomy and various massage techniques.

• Good communication skills and a pleasant, professional attitude.

• Ability to handle clients with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality.

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive massage movements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a luxury/unisex spa environment.

• Knowledge of beauty/wellness therapies is an added advantage.

• Ability to upsell spa services and packages.

• It is a Full Time స్పా job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
