Job Responsibilities
Provide professional body massages and spa treatments to hotel guests.
Perform treatments such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Balinese and other spa therapies as per training.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and guest service.
Consult with guests to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
Ensure the treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Explain spa treatments, packages and products to guests when required.
Maintain professional communication and ensure excellent guest experience.
Support the spa team in achieving monthly revenue and service targets.
Follow all hotel and spa operational standards and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury resort.
Good knowledge of professional massage and spa therapies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards.
Guest-focused and professional attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Relevant spa/wellness certification will be an advantage.
