Job Summary

Monshas Private Limited is looking for a skilled and passionate Body Massage Therapist to provide professional wellness and body care services to clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in performing therapeutic massages, body scrubs, and other spa treatments while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, customer satisfaction, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and understand their wellness needs before each session.

• Perform professional body massage therapies such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aroma Therapy, Relaxation Massage.

• Provide body scrubs, body polishing, and other wellness treatments as per company standards.

• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products based on client requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and products.

• Ensure a safe, relaxing, and comfortable experience for every client.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols during treatments.

• Manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records.

• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.

• Stay updated with the latest spa techniques and wellness trends.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / Above

• Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aroma Therapy, Body Scrub, and Body Polishing.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new techniques and maintain service quality.

• Female candidates preferred.
