Beauty Therapist – Job Description

Job Title: Beauty Therapist
Department: Salon / Spa
Experience: Fresher to Experienced
Qualification: Diploma / Certification in Beautician Course (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic skincare treatments.

• Assess clients’ skin type and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area.

• Advise clients on skincare routines and beauty products.

• Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Keep track of appointments and client records.

• Promote and sell salon products and services when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare techniques

• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

• Ability to work in a team environment

Working Conditions

• Work in salons, spas, beauty clinics, or wellness centers
