यश सिक्योरिटी सर्विसेज में हम अपने टीम के लिए एक सिक्योरिटी सुपरवाइजर की तलाश कर रहे हैं।

इस पद में आपको सुरक्षा से संबंधित योजनाएँ बनानी होंगी, कर्मचारियों का चयन करना होगा और ऐसी प्रक्रियाएँ लागू करनी होंगी जिससे किसी भवन/संस्थान और वहाँ मौजूद लोगों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

आपको सिक्योरिटी टीम का प्रबंधन करना होगा, उनकी ड्यूटी शेड्यूल तैयार करना होगा और उनके प्रदर्शन की निगरानी एवं मूल्यांकन करना होगा, ताकि कार्य सुचारु रूप से चलता रहे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

पहले महीने में साइट तैयार करना, जिसमें सिक्योरिटी गार्ड, गनमैन, ड्राइवर एवं अन्य मैनपावर की व्यवस्था करना

पहले महीने में टारगेट आधारित कार्य एवं सैलरी

दूसरे महीने से फिक्स सैलरी

भवन एवं सूचना प्रणाली के लिए सुरक्षा नियमों को लागू करना

नियमित निरीक्षण (वॉक-थ्रू) और सुरक्षा जांच करना

स्टोर रूम और कर्मचारी रिकॉर्ड जैसे प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश नियंत्रण करना

सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स की भर्ती, ट्रेनिंग और विकास करना

संभावित खतरों की पहचान करना और उनके प्रभाव का विश्लेषण करना

सिक्योरिटी विभाग के कर्मचारियों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना और समस्याओं की जानकारी प्रबंधन को देना

आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पुलिस, फायर ब्रिगेड या मेडिकल टीम को सूचना देना

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team at at Yash Security Services. This duty involves creating plans, selecting employees, and putting protocols in place to guarantee the security of a facility/building and the people that occupy it. You will manage the security team, their schedules, and monitor and assess performance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security protocols for facilities and information systems.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections.
• Control access to restricted areas like inventory storage and employee records.
• Hire, train, and develop security guards.
• Identify potential hazards and analyze their damage.
• Build strong relationships with security department personnel and inform management of problems.
• Report security incidents to the police, fire department, or medical agencies when needed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of safety regulations to maintain a secure environment. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
