Security Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team at The PR Group. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure all the guards under your supervision are professional with proper uniform, proper grooming, and good attire.

• Guards leave management, attendance.

• Hire new guards and deploy at the required points/locations.

• Willing to do the duty on emergency bases (Day/Night).

• Should be able to work on the field work for the purpose of guards searching and deployment.

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.

• Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.

• Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.

• Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.

• Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.

• Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
