Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations across the premises

• Lead and monitor a team of security guards and ensure proper duty allocation

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility

• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and documentation

• Coordinate with management in case of emergencies or security breaches

• Monitor CCTV systems and access control systems

• Ensure proper visitor management and entry-exit procedures

• Train and guide security staff on discipline and standard procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in security supervision (hospital/college/industry preferred)

• Prior experience in handling a team is essential

• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and reporting

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response

• Discipline and integrity

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
