Security Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to manage security operations at the client’s premises and ensure the safety of employees, visitors and property.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, manage and coordinate security operations at the location.

Implement the organisation’s security and life safety procedures.

Prepare incident reports and ensure necessary preventive and corrective actions are taken.

Maintain security logs, duty records and routine inspection reports.

Manage duty allocation and rotation of contract security staff.

Inspect and patrol the interior and exterior of the facility.

Coordinate emergency response and contact police or fire services when required.

Manage traffic movement at the main entrance and parking areas.

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities.

Monitor and authorise the entry and exit of employees, visitors and other persons.

Prevent theft, unauthorised access and entry of prohibited items into restricted areas.

Operate security screening and detection equipment.

Address security rule violations in accordance with company procedures and applicable law.

Maintain professional relations with clients, employees and visitors.

Carry out additional duties assigned by the Branch Head or HR to support smooth operations.
