Assist the marketing and business development team in promoting security and facility services.
Approach and meet potential clients, generate leads, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations for security service solutions as per client needs.
Coordinate with the operations team to understand service capabilities and client requirements.
Support in tender preparation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
Maintain records of sales activities, client feedback, and competitor market intelligence.
Help in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns related to the security industry.
Preferred: Ex-Army personnel / retired defense professionals / candidates from the security services industry.
Experience in marketing, sales, or client service in the security, facility management, or related industries is preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in security service sales and client handling may also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field/client-facing role.
Familiarity with government and corporate security tendering processes is an added advantage.
