Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations: Conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, control access points (doors, gates), inspect facilities for vulnerabilities, and respond to alarms or emergencies.
Personnel Management: Supervise security guards, deploy manpower, manage guard schedules, and conduct training on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Incident & Crisis Management: Investigate incidents, manage security breaches, and assist with emergency evacuations, ensuring compliance with legal protocols.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain activity logs, and document security assessments.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other agencies, building relationships and addressing security concerns.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing security strategies, plans, and training needs assessments.
