The Security Area Manager will be responsible for managing security operations across multiple sites, supervising security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring service quality, and achieving operational targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all security sites within the assigned area.

Ensure proper deployment and availability of security guards.

Conduct regular site inspections and surprise visits.

Monitor attendance, duty schedules, and staff discipline.

Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate recruitment, training, and replacement of security guards.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and discipline of security personnel.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Achieve operational and business development targets.
