We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Shakti Enterprises. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

Arranging a Manpower and fulfilling all the sites

It’s our First and Last priority of your Job

·       Operations Management:

o   Ensure smooth functioning of ongoing operational sites.

o   Address and resolve any manpower shortages at active sites promptly.

o   Supervise and ensure that guards are disciplined, well-dressed, and properly groomed.

o   Our working hours will be for 10 hours. Duty Timings (Rotational Shifts) and we will inform you of your shift timings as per requirement. However, you are expected to remain alert and available 24 hours.

o   An office SIM card will be provided for coordination purposes and must be used strictly for all communications.

o    Holidays will be applicable after the successful completion of a 3-month probation period.

o   Salary will be calculated based on 26 working days, and Sundays will not be included in working days.

o    If duty hours exceed 10 hours, overtime (OT) will be provided as per the extra hours worked.

o    If duty hours are less than 10 hours, salary will be adjusted accordingly based on the working hours.

 Manpower Management:

o   Monitor manpower strength to ensure no shortage at Existing site.

o   Coordinate with operations to manage workforce requirements efficiently.

o   As part of your responsibility’s you will be responsible for fulfilling any manpower gaps on old site and Arrangement of Manpower on New Site. If any guard is unavailable, it is your responsibility to cover the duty by arrange a Reliever until a replacement is found for the specific site.

Deadline Compliance: As per the requirement, if any person is found unsuitable for the site by the client or the company, or if anyone goes to their village or leaves the job as per our notice period, you must arrange a suitable replacement. If you fail to do so within the target date given by the company, ₹100 will be deducted from your payment for each day of delay.

o   Field Work:

o   Travel to client locations and operational sites as required.

o   All the photos Maintain accurate log in and log out using the Stamped App consistently.

o   On the day when there is a night round, the next day (second day) you can take as a half day.

o    Your shift-in and shift-out timing will start and end from the office or any unit.

o    

·       During your duty hours we will monitor your daily activity using a GPS tracker, which may be installed in your vehicle or provide device to you.

·       Sales and Marketing :

o   Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure B2B sales opportunities.

o   Manage client acquisition and build long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

o   Develop strategies to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close deals effectively.

o   For deals cracked directly by you company will award you ₹2,000 per person as a incentives  (One time on first billing).

o   If your efforts and Performance result in the company achieving business worth every ₹5,00,000/-, you will be eligible for an increment of ₹5,000/- in your salary.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
