Supervise security guards and ensure they follow company rules.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
Handle incidents, complaints, and report security issues.
Maintain attendance and duty records of security staff.
Coordinate with clients and management for security requirements.
Ensure proper uniform, discipline, and performance of guards.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
