Job Opening: Security Officer / Area Security Manager – Bhiwandi

📍 Location: Bhiwandi Mankoli Thane West
We are seeking a highly capable Security Officer to lead and manage large-scale security operations in the Bhiwandi region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage security operations across multiple sites.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a workforce of approximately 200+ security personnel.
Develop manpower planning and deployment strategies.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and skill development programs.
Ensure adherence to security protocols, safety standards, and client requirements.
Perform regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
Handle client coordination and operational escalations.
Drive team growth, discipline, and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a Security Services Company is mandatory.
Proven experience managing large security teams (150–200+ personnel).
Strong operational, administrative, and leadership skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and develop security staff.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Preferred Candidate:
Ex-Army / Ex-Defense Personnel preferred.
Experience in handling large industrial, logistics, warehousing, or commercial security operations.
Strong training and people-development capabilities.
