we are looking for a Field Officer (Security Field) to join our team Panther Protection Force.

You will be responsible to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate action.The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for career growth.

Job Profile :

1. Conducting Site Visits: Performing regular and surprise visits to client sites on a bike to inspect security operations.

2. Guard Supervision & Deployment: Managing daily guard attendance, post assignments, and ensuring guards are on duty in full uniform.

3. Performance & Discipline Check: Monitoring guards to ensure they perform their duties properly, stay alert, and maintain strict discipline.

4. Client Relationship & Feedback: Interacting with clients regularly to take feedback, resolve complaints, and address their security concerns.

5. Night Audits & Inspections: Conducting sudden night rounds to verify night-shift guards are awake and executing their responsibilities correctly.

6. Incident Reporting & Handling: Handling emergencies or security breaches on-site and reporting incidents promptly to upper management.

7. Training & Onboarding: Providing basic on-site briefing and training to new security guards regarding site-specific rules and safety protocols.
