Security Guard Responsibilities

Duty: 12 Hours | Working: 30 Days

Maintain strict security and surveillance of the assigned premises.

Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.

Check ID cards, visitor records, and vehicle passes as required.

Conduct regular rounds and monitor the site for suspicious activities.

Protect company property, equipment, materials, and assets from theft or damage.

Maintain proper security registers, logbooks, and shift handover records.

Report any incident, accident, theft, unauthorized entry, or security concern immediately to the supervisor/site management.

Ensure proper gate control and prevent unauthorized movement of materials.

Remain alert and attentive throughout the duty period; sleeping or leaving the post without permission is strictly prohibited.

Follow all site safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Assist during emergencies, evacuation, fire incidents, or other security situations.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, professional conduct, and proper uniform throughout the duty.
