Security Lead

Lead -Security Responsibilities Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and assets Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions Supervise security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security threats or incidents promptly Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed Investigate security breaches and create detailed reports for management review Maintain a secure environment by enforcing access control measures and visitor management protocols Participate in drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security plans and procedures Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in security management Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
