This role involves maintaining the venue’s cleanliness (washroom also), managing payments after gameplay, and building strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Venue Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Ensure the entire venue and washroom is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
Handle basic cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, and organizing equipment.
Regularly inspect facilities and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Help customers with car parking and ensure smooth vehicle movement in and out of the venue.
Provide basic information about venue facilities, game rules, and available services.
Payment & Transaction Management:
Collect remaining payments from customers after their game sessions.
Maintain accurate cash and digital payment records.
Ensure all transactions are handled securely and with integrity.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Handle customer feedback or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
Promote upcoming events, offers, or memberships when appropriate.
Operational Support:
Assist in preparing the venue before opening and closing at the end of the day.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Basic knowledge of payment handling (cash and digital).
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Physically capable of light cleaning of washroom.
