Quality Officer – Site Operations to oversee maintenance standards and operational quality across our event and client sites. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling security guards or facility staff, ensuring proper supervision, discipline, and smooth coordination at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, cleanliness, and maintenance protocols are properly followed.

Supervise security guards and support staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to assigned duties.

Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and manpower deployment at sites.

Identify operational gaps and report maintenance or infrastructure issues to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation, inspection reports, and site feedback for internal review.

Coordinate with the HR and Maintenance teams regarding manpower performance, site requirements, and improvements.

Support management in maintaining professional conduct and operational efficiency at all client locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in facility management, security supervision, or site operations.

Experience managing security guards or facility teams will be highly preferred.

Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Ability to travel to different sites within Delhi NCR when required.

Candidates from security agencies, facility management companies, or site supervision roles will be given preference.
