On-Site Operations & Inspections
Routine Patrols: Conduct regular, unscheduled visits to project sites or facilities to ensure guards are on duty and alert.
Site Security: Inspect perimeters, assess facility vulnerabilities, and ensure physical security measures (locks, barriers, fencing) are intact.
Access Control: Monitor the entry and exit of staff, visitors, laborers, and materials.
Personnel & Manpower Management
Guard Deployment: Oversee the assignment, shift scheduling, and performance of on-site security guards.
Grooming & Discipline: Ensure all security personnel are in proper uniform, well-groomed, and adhering to strict conduct codes.
Training & Briefings: Conduct routine on-site briefings, safety drills, and refresher training for guarding staff.
Compliance & Administration
Documentation: Maintain daily attendance logs, guard deployment records, and compliance documents (e.g., Police Clearance Certificates).
Billing Support: Submit accurate attendance and field reports to HR and finance departments to ensure timely billing and payroll
Incident & Crisis Management
Emergency Response: Lead the immediate response to on-ground emergencies, medical crises, fires, or security breaches.
Investigations & Reporting: Investigate incidents (e.g., theft, trespassing, property damage), prepare detailed incident reports, and implement corrective actions.
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, local law enforcement, project managers, and clients
