Maintaining the Security Related Registers like, Time Attendance, Visitors Book, Inward and Outward book of Goods, Gate Pass
Inspect and Patrol Premises Regularly
Authorise entrance of people, goods and vehicles.
Report suspicious behaviours and happenings
Secure all exits, doors and windows
Monitor surveillance cameras
Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
Provide assistance to people in need
Submit reports to the concern department, whenever they require.
Protect the company’s assets related to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
Complete daily reports, including relevant Information, observations with signature.
Prevent losses and damage by preventing irregularities
Ensure operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.
