Job Responsibilitie

* Supervise and manage all security guards deployed at the assigned site

* Ensure proper deployment of security personnel at all designated posts

* Prepare and manage daily duty rosters and shift arrangements

* Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform, and discipline of all security staff

* Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the premises

* Ensure guards strictly follow site-specific SOPs and security procedures

* Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, vendors, contractors, and vehicles

* Ensure proper maintenance of visitor, vehicle, incident, material movement, and other security registers

* Monitor CCTV, access-control systems, boom barriers, intercoms, and other security equipment where applicable

* Immediately report incidents, security breaches, accidents, complaints, or suspicious activities to the management and company operations team

* Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, medical emergencies, accidents, and unauthorized entry

* Coordinate with residents, clients, facility management, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally

* Conduct regular briefings and toolbox meetings for security guards

* Identify security gaps and take corrective action within the scope of responsibility

* Ensure proper shift handover and takeover between security teams

* Arrange replacement manpower in case of absenteeism or emergency requirements

* Maintain discipline and resolve routine staff-related issues at site

* Train guards on visitor management, emergency procedures, access control, patrolling, and customer service

* Submit daily/weekly/monthly security reports to the Operations Manager

* Maintain proper documentation and records related to security operations

* Coordinate with police, fire services, ambulance, or other emergency authorities when required

* Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Client Management

Eligibilit

* Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass preferre

* Previous experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred

* Experience in residential, commercial, corporate, hotel, or industrial security is an advantage

* Physically fit and capable of handling security operations

* Good communication and leadership skills

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and report preparation preferred

* Police/background verification as per company/site requirements

Duty Requirement

* Shift: 12 hours as per site requiremen

* Must be available for emergency manpower and operational requirements when necessary

* Proper uniform, ID card, grooming, and professional conduct are mandatory

Supervises: Security Guards /Other Security Personne
