Job Title: Male Security Guard (Day & Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.

• Monitor all entry and exit points of the hotel.

• Check guests, visitors, and vendors as per hotel security procedures.

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities immediately.

• Maintain the visitor and vehicle entry/exit registers.

• Assist guests with directions and provide courteous customer service.

• Handle emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and evacuations according to hotel SOPs.

• Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when required.

• Report security incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

• Ensure parking areas are secure and vehicles are managed properly.

• Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

• Conduct baggage checks and employee checks as per hotel policy.

• Maintain discipline and a professional appearance at all times.

• Perform opening and closing security checks during shift handovers.

• Support other departments whenever security assistance is required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Ability to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures is an advantage.

• Valid security training/certification is preferred.

• Male candidates.

• Age: 21–45 years (preferred).

• Honest, disciplined, alert, and responsible.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
