Key Responsibilities
Access Control
Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Maintain visitor register and issue entry passes.
Patrolling
Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas.
Check for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Surveillance
Monitor CCTV cameras and security equipment.
Report any unusual activities immediately to the supervisor.
Safety & Security
Prevent theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
Ensure fire safety measures are followed.
Incident Reporting
Report incidents, accidents, or security breaches to the management.
Maintain daily security reports and logbooks.
Emergency Response
Act quickly in case of fire, medical emergency, or security threat.
Assist in evacuation if required.
Site Discipline
Ensure all staff and visitors follow company safety rules.
Maintain discipline and order at the site.
