SECURITY GUARD – RESORT

Position: Security Guard

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, employees, and visitors.

• Maintain security and safety of the resort premises, guests, staff, and property.

• Conduct regular patrols of the resort, parking areas, rooms, and common areas.

• Check and monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.

• Verify staff/visitor passes and maintain proper entry records.

• Handle guest and staff security-related concerns professionally.

• Respond quickly to emergencies, incidents, theft, fire, or other security issues.

• Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.

• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.

• Ensure resort rules and safety procedures are followed.

• Support crowd control and parking management when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a resort, hotel, or hospitality industry.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Physically fit and alert.

• Honest, responsible, and disciplined.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Security Guard training/certification will be an added advantage.
