Access Control: Check student ID cards, monitor entry and exit logs, and screen all outside visitors, delivery workers, and vendors.
Patrols: Walk through corridors, around the perimeter, and common areas to check for safety issues, property damage, or unauthorized people.
Rule Enforcement: Enforce hostel curfews, prevent entry of prohibited substances or items, and maintain order in common zones.
Emergency Response: Address safety hazards, assist during medical or fire emergencies, and coordinate with the hostel warden or local authorities.
Record Keeping: Maintain gate logs, visitor entry registers, and write incident reports for any suspicious activity or rule violations.
