Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's premises, employees, visitors, materials, and assets. The role includes monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the premises, maintaining security records, and responding promptly to any security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Verify visitor identity and maintain the visitor register.
Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises and report any suspicious activity.
Protect company property, equipment, and inventory from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass procedures.
Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual incidents.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches.
Maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily records.
Coordinate with the Administration department and emergency services when required.
Ensure all gates and access points are secured during and after working hours.
Support safety initiatives and maintain discipline within the premises.
