Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Safety & Surveillance: Patrol premises, monitor CCTV, and ensure all entry/exit points are secured.

• Incident Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and security breaches.

• Patron Management: Manage crowds, enforce restaurant policies, and ensure order.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of all incidents and daily security activities.

• Asset Protection: Prevent theft of property and manage delivery/material checks.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years minimum as a Security Guard, preferably in hospitality.

• Skills: Strong Hindi communication, excellent observation skills, and physical fitness.

• Character: Professional, honest, and calm under pressure.
